• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Payments

• Full payment is required upon completion of the service.

• We accept Apple Pay, Debit and Credit Card's.

• All prices are final unless stated otherwise.

5. Liability

• We take great care in detailing your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

• We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in vehicles.

• If you notice any issues, report them within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Mobile Service Disclaimer

• If we come to your location, ensure there is adequate space and access to water and electricity (if required).

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your vehicle is in a reasonable state for detailing (e.g., no excessive personal belongings inside).

• Be available at the agreed time for mobile services.
